Failure to provide accurate information or requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in the temporary suspension or permanent closure of your Nego77 account.

Nego77 supports deposits and withdrawals through Malaysian local payment methods only. Currently accepted methods include DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX via major Malaysian banks including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank.

All withdrawals must be made to a bank account or eWallet whose registered name exactly the same matching the name registered on the Nego77 account. The general terms applicable to all Nego77 bonuses are as follows:

• The standard wagering requirement is between 8x to 20x total deposit plus bonus amount, unless otherwise stated.
• Bets placed on matches or games with odds below 1.50 do not count toward fulfilling the wagering requirements of any bonus.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except under circumstances defined by Nego77, such as match cancellation or a proven technical error that unfairly favoured the member.
• If a match is postponed and does not resume within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned to the member's account.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to winnings calculation — odds cannot be changed after a bet is confirmed, except in cases of a clear technical error.
• For accumulator bets, if one or more matches are cancelled, the cancelled selections are removed from the accumulator and the odds are recalculated based on the remaining selections.
• Nego77 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet without stating a reason, particularly where there are signs of match manipulation or unusual market imbalances.

• Holding multiple accounts — Each individual is permitted only one Nego77 account. Creating additional accounts to circumvent restrictions, claim bonuses multiple times, or for any other purpose is strictly prohibited.
• Financial fraud — Using stolen or third-party credit card details, bank accounts, or eWallet credentials to make deposits is a criminal offence that will be reported to the relevant authorities.

• Account sharing — Sharing access to your Nego77 account with anyone else is strictly prohibited. Each account is for the sole personal use of its registered owner.

Closure by Member: You may close your Nego77 account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email at support@nego77.my. Before closure, please settle all active bets and withdraw any eligible balance. Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements will not be refunded.

Closure by Nego77: Nego77 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any Terms set out in this document.
• False registration details or identity misrepresentation.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity.
• Instructions from legal authorities or regulators.
• Extraordinary circumstances that threaten the security of the platform or other members.
